•  W77 is a medium strength sealant used for sealing parallel and conical metal threaded                    connections up to M80.

•  W77 reacts between metal threads and in an airless environment to cure and seal.

•  Provides safe application instead of traditional sealing methods such as linen and PTFE.

•  It is a medium strength sealant and therefore can be removed by hand tools at need.

•  Clean the two metal threads you want to seal.

•  Make sure parts are dry, clean and free of oil and grease.

•  Apply enough W77 to the surfaces and install. An immediate assembly is not required, because the material reacts only after connecting the parts. Once the desired connection is established, wait for the reaction to complete and do not change their position.

•  Curing can be accelerated with activators.
