• An oil-resistant sealant product for sealing engine covers, block gaps and flanges. Allows gap filling up to 0.50 mm and temperature resistance up to 150°C.

•  W74 reacts between metal connections and in an airless environment to lock and seal the system.

•  It is a medium strength flange sealant and therefore can be removed with hand tools at need.

•  Clean the two metal parts you want to lock.

•  Make sure parts are dry, clean and free of oil and grease.

•  Apply enough W74 to one of the surfaces and install. An immediate assembly is not required, because the material reacts only after connecting the parts. Once the desired connection is established, wait for the reaction to complete and do not change their position.

•  Curing can be accelerated with activators.
